GameSoundCon 2024

WHEW I had so much fun at GameSoundCon 2024! When I went to my first one in 2019 it opened my eyes to how amazing the game audio community is and its incredible culture of learning and sharing. We all just wanna help each other make rad-sounding stuff. And apart from all the knowledge, I get so much joy from running around seeing everyone I possibly can—hanging with old friends and making new ones!

I'm glad remote work is more abundant these days, and lots of folks have the opportunity to work in the way that's best for them, but it means we can all be more physically fragmented. Events like these where we can all meet up in person are really valuable to me. Can't wait for the next one!
